Transit time to arrive order
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Delivery within 5-7 business days
Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 5-7 business days within Mumbai and Pune Region and for Rest of India within 12 to 15 business days. At the moment, we only ship within India.
Days of week for Delivery
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
Your order may contain products marked as “Sold by Ankur Uniforms”, “Sold by Ankur Uniforms partners” or “Bulky Item”. Each of these categories have different estimated delivery times.
All “Sold by Ankur Uniforms” products will reach you in a single package.
Each “Sold by Ankur Uniforms partners” product will reach you in separate packages and may reach you on different business days.
“Bulky items” will reach you in a separate package(s).
Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please don’t worry your item is on its way. In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don’t have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you. In case we are unable to fulfil your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item.
Textillion uses a number of courier partners. Most of we use maruti couriers and for cash on delivery we use gati express. The charges will be Rs. 100/- per shipment. At times, additional shipping charges may apply to over sized items.
Check Order Status And Track Shipments Online

From there, click on any order number for complete order details. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the courier company website, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don’t have a www.ankuruniforms.com account yet, set one up at My Account.

When you register with www.ankuruniforms.com, you will have the option to create your own address book. This feature allows you to store your own billing and shipping information. It’s easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only.
Storing Credit Card Information On Your Account
The Website allows registered users to store a credit card/ debit card number securely under their account for easy shopping and checkout. All credit cards/ debit cards stored on the Website are encrypted for user protection so that no one-including customer assistance and information technology-can access your credit card/ debit card number.
Once you make a purchase from our Website, the credit card/debit card you use at checkout can be stored for you in your User Profile. You will only be able to delete your credit card/debit card information, if no updates are made to it.

You will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation e-mail. You will be able to find the shipping status of any order by going to the website of the courier company and entering the tracking number pertaining to your order.

How To Use Your Shopping Bag/Cart
When you are shopping on the Website and add an item to your bag, it is saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them or, remove them. They will remain there even after you leave our Website. Important information about payment:
For your convenience, your credit card/debit card information can be stored in your Website account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, see our Privacy Notice . For added security, your billing address at the Website must exactly match the address on file at your credit card/ debit Card Company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.
An authorization hold is placed on the card at the time of order placement, but your credit card/debit card will not be charged until your order ships. For orders which ship the same day as they are placed, the authorization hold may appear as a second charge. This hold is released from the account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank’s specific policies. If you are using a debit or check card for payment, the funds will immediately be deducted from your account.
